FASCO® Cohort FAQs

Are the cohort sessions virtual?

Yes. All FASCO® cohort sessions are held virtually, making it easy for educational leaders to participate from anywhere.

When will the cohort meet?

The cohort will meet on the third Friday of every month from 11:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. Eastern Time.

How long is each session?

Each session is 90 minutes.

The highly interactive format is built around accountability, collaborative problem-solving, and implementation. The cadence is similar to a Level 10 meeting but is specifically adapted for FASCO® tools and the real challenges educational leaders are navigating.

Who facilitates the sessions?

Each session is facilitated by an experienced FASCO® coach. The coach will guide the conversation, help participants apply the FASCO® tools, and keep the group focused on implementation, accountability, and measurable progress.

How many participants will be in the cohort?

Cohorts are designed for approximately 8–10 participants and will be capped at 10.

Keeping the group intentionally small allows for meaningful discussion, individualized attention, shared accountability, and genuine collaboration among participants.

Is there a required commitment?

There is no predetermined commitment to a specific number of months or sessions. Participation continues on a month-to-month basis.

Participants are encouraged to attend consistently and engage fully to receive the greatest value from the cohort experience.

What is the cancellation policy?

Participants may cancel their participation for an upcoming month.

What support is available between sessions?

Participants will have access to the tools and resources connected to each session, along with opportunities to ask questions, share progress, and receive guidance as they put what they are learning into practice.

The cohort is designed to create an ongoing rhythm of implementation and accountability—not simply a once-a-month conversation.
