Dr. Timothy J. Powers brings 24 years of diverse experience to his role as Head of School at Pinkerton Academy, having served as a math teacher, coach, athletic director, and dean of students. With a doctorate in educational leadership and a background in accounting and curriculum design, he combines analytical acumen with pedagogical expertise to drive school success. Tim is deeply passionate about fostering a legacy of excellence by championing the voices of students and staff and implementing future-oriented strategic planning. He is dedicated to helping schools improve by nurturing environments where both faculty and students can flourish and remain well prepared for tomorrow's challenges
Dr. Dan Girard
Dr. Dan Girard has given 33 years to education, serving as a teacher, elementary school principal, central office administrator, and Executive Director of Elementary Education. Throughout his career, he has been passionate about building strong school cultures, developing leaders, and keeping students at the center of every decision. He earned my Doctor of Education from The Ohio State University with a focus on Educational Leadership and Organizational Behavior, and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maine.
Outside of his professional work, he is grateful to be married to his wife, Lynnette, and proud to be the father of three amazing children—Tyler, Abby, and Caroline.
Ellen S. Perconti, Ph.D.
Ellen S. Perconti, Ph.D., has extensive experience as a superintendent, principal, and director of curriculum. Dr. Perconti is passionate about fostering deep learning and student growth through innovative practices focused on knowing the whole child. She enjoys coaching, facilitating professional learning, and supporting all in knowing that they contribute positively every day. A frequent presenter and leader in professional organizations, she has contributed to statewide education initiatives and authored publications focused on educational improvement. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, taking photos, and being outdoors.
Dr. Joe Fisher
Dr. Joe Fisher is a veteran Arkansas educator with more than 30 years of experience in public education. He has spent his career leading schools and districts through meaningful change by building trust, strengthening leadership, and keeping students at the center of every decision. His passion for school improvement comes from a deep belief that when educators are supported and developed, schools thrive. Guided by his doctoral work in educational leadership and decades of hands-on experience, Dr. Fisher is committed to helping schools realize their full potential.
Dr. Bradford Uchacz
Dr. Bradford Uchacz is a Vice President with Imagine Schools, bringing 25 years of experience in education and over 17 years in executive and senior leadership roles. He holds a Doctorate in Leadership and is known for developing high-capacity leaders, strengthening organizational culture, and driving sustainable school improvement. Brad’s work centers on aligning purpose, performance, and people to create lasting impact for students and communities. He lives in Arizona with his wife and three daughters.
