FASCO™ Certified Coach Criteria

1. Professional Experience
  • Minimum 7 years of leadership, coaching, or consulting experience in education.
     
  • Relevant roles may include:
    • School or district administrator (e.g., principal, superintendent)
    • Instructional or leadership coach
    • State or national education consultant
    • Nonprofit or sector leader in professional development or systems work
    • Executive-level roles within education-focused organizations
       
2. Facilitation and Systems Alignment Expertise
  • Proven ability to lead team-based strategy, alignment, or development sessions.
  • Experience helping schools or organizations shift from reactive to proactive systems.
 
3. Training and Coaching Readiness
 
  • Comfortable facilitating both in-person and virtual engagements.
  • Willing to complete all required training and certification steps.
  • Open to working within a licensed model and upholding system fidelity.
     
4. Alignment with Mission and Values
  • Strong belief in student-centered leadership as a lever for real change.
  • Resonance with the FASCO™ mission to eliminate misalignment in schools.
  • Committed to leading with empathy, clarity, and alignment in every engagement.
     
5. Ongoing Practice and Engagement
  • Interest in building a coaching practice or integrating FASCO™ tools into current leadership work.
  • Willingness to participate in the FASCO™ Coach community, continuing education, and license renewal.
