What is a FASCO® Coach?
A FASCO® Coach is a certified partner who guides school leadership teams through the process of becoming fully aligned, student-centered organizations.
FASCO® Coaches help school leaders:

Align around a shared vision for student success. Gain traction using practical tools to solve real challenges. Build healthy, collaborative leadership teams rooted in trust and accountability. They use the FASCO® Framework™—a research-based system of tools designed to strengthen the six essential dimensions of school alignment.

FASCO® Certified Coach Criteria
1. Professional Experience
-
Minimum 7 years of leadership, coaching, or consulting experience in education.

Relevant roles may include:

School or district administrator (e.g., principal, superintendent)

Instructional or leadership coach

State or national education consultant
-
Nonprofit or sector leader in professional development or systems work

Executive-level roles within education-focused organizations
-
2. Facilitation and Systems Alignment Expertise

Proven ability to lead team-based strategy, alignment, or development sessions.

Experience helping schools or organizations shift from reactive to proactive systems.
3. Training and Coaching Readiness
-
Comfortable facilitating both in-person and virtual engagements.

Willing to complete all required training and certification steps.

Open to working within a licensed model and upholding system fidelity.
4. Alignment with Mission and Values

Strong belief in student-centered leadership as a lever for real change.

Resonance with the FASCO® mission to eliminate misalignment in schools.

Committed to leading with empathy, clarity, and alignment in every engagement.
5. Ongoing Practice and Engagement

Interest in building a coaching practice or integrating FASCO® tools into current leadership work.

Willingness to participate in the FASCO® Coach community, continuing education, and license renewal.

This application helps us assess alignment, readiness, and capacity to serve as a licensed guide of this transformational student-centered system. Certified Coaches must be deeply committed to educational equity, experienced in institutional leadership or coaching, and ready to drive alignment-based change across schools and districts.

2-Day FASCO® Coach Bootcamp
You’ll receive a full logistics email and pre-work packet within the next few days, but for now, mark your calendar and begin to reflect on the student-centered work you’re ready to lead.
Licensing & Certification
As part of your certification, you’ll receive full access to our complete Coach Toolkit, ongoing resources, community forums, and mentor support to help you successfully guide schools and districts through the FASCO® system. You’ll also be granted a license to facilitate FASCO® tools with schools, districts, and partner organizations. Prior to Bootcamp, you’ll be asked to review and sign a brief licensing agreement to finalize your participation.
