1. Professional Experience

Minimum 7 years of leadership, coaching, or consulting experience in education.

School or district administrator (e.g., principal, superintendent)

Instructional or leadership coach

State or national education consultant

Nonprofit or sector leader in professional development or systems work

Executive-level roles within education-focused organizations

2. Facilitation and Systems Alignment Expertise

Proven ability to lead team-based strategy, alignment, or development sessions.

Experience helping schools or organizations shift from reactive to proactive systems.
3. Training and Coaching Readiness

Comfortable facilitating both in-person and virtual engagements.

Willing to complete all required training and certification steps.

Open to working within a licensed model and upholding system fidelity.
4. Alignment with Mission and Values

Strong belief in student-centered leadership as a lever for real change.

Resonance with the FASCO™ mission to eliminate misalignment in schools.
